Delegates can also view our new end-to-end remote patient monitoring solution, which integrates into clinical systems and improves information flow between patients and healthcare professionals, creating smarter and more convenient ways of working.

Rising to the challenge: how technology is the key to the future of health and social care
This workshop will explore existing and emerging technology’s role managing demand by enabling health and care to be delivered in community settings. He will present practical examples of applications that deliver better care and better outcomes at lower cost and reveal the implications of the Internet of Things in healthcare.The session takes place at 2.35pm on Wednesday 28 June in the Smart Health Theatre.
Connected Healthcare: The digital opportunity
This session will reveal the art of the possible for health, housing and social care in terms of digital and cloud-based technology, and how providers can plan for the impact of the digital switchover on service delivery. Attendees can learn more about how Connected Healthcare can create a new environment for the delivery of healthcare services. The session takes place at 11.05am on Thursday 29 June in the TSA Summer Forum.
Making the Connected Home a reality for older people
Adrian Scaife, UK Lead for the Digital Journey, will share the lessons learnt as a result of creating Mary’s VIP home, a real flat in a sheltered housing scheme equipped with a whole host of Connected Healthcare solutions. The session takes place at 12.15pm on Thursday 29 June in the Home Care Theatre.
