We are proud to announce that Tunstall Response has yet again met the requirements set by the TSA Quality Standards Framework.

The TSA Quality Standards Framework (QSF) is an independent audit and certification programme designed to demonstrate safety and quality, offering commissioners much needed assurance in an otherwise unregulated industry.

Tunstall Response met criteria in all core standard and service delivery modules including Telecare Monitoring, User and Carer Experience, User Safety, Effectiveness of Care, Information Governance, Partnership Working and Integrated Care, Workforce, Business Continuity, Ethics, Performance and Contract Management, Continuous Improvement and Innovation.

Paul Burstow, Interim Chair of TEC Quality, the organisation responsible for carrying out the audit on behalf of the TSA, said:

The QSF is designed to assess the quality of service providers against a set of standards determined by an independent body; the purpose of which is to ensure the needs of the service users are being met. Tunstall Response continues to show excellence in all areas and surpasses the requirements year after year.
