Tunstall’s Consultancy and training teams work in collaboration with customers and stakeholders to challenge current practices, and deliver outcomes-focused consultation and training, which contributes to achieving business objectives and improves lives.


Our specialists have many years’ experience of transferring knowledge and skills to health, housing and social care providers to help them successfully incorporate technology into service delivery to increase efficiency, manage demand and improve outcomes.

Courses and programmes are delivered by Training Accreditation Programme (TAP), CIPD accredited trainers and Project Managers with PRINCE2 methodology training. Team members with specialist skills and knowledge are dedicated to specific areas such as software consultancy and training, process design in health and social care pathways and Connected Healthcare training to ensure services benefit from proven best practice and our extensive experience.

Service Analysis and Design Consultancy

Facilitated session to analyse ‘As Is’ service provision, and ‘visioning’ stakeholder workshops, with the aim of identifying specific process involvements, tailored to specific client groups. Understanding of the benefits of using Connected Healthcare in pathways to deliver person-centred care and create sustainable services.

Monitoring Centre
Best Practice

A full review of processes and procedures in order to maximise the effectiveness of the monitoring centre delivered by trainers with detailed knowledge of associated specialist software and hardware. Guidance on process improvement to attain/maintain TSA Code of Practice in the most efficient way.

Connected Care

A range of Connected Healthcare training courses are available including awareness, assessment, installation and programming, following a training needs analysis. Local processes and equipment can be integrated into the courses, and remote learning options are available via webinar or elearning.

Professional and Managed Services Taster Session

A half or one day discovery and design workshop to introduce the concept of the Tunstall Service Transformation, an approach developed to provide a framework for applying best practice to services, by using technology as an enabler. Consultants will work in collaboration with customers to understand this particular challenge and explore service design possibilities.
