Marketing Manager Fay Lambert talks about Tunstall’s new marketing support offering and how it could help you.

In common with a lot of people, the start of a new year has prompted me to review my goals for the 12 months ahead, and to take a fresh look at my plans to achieve them.

A major focus for me is to work more closely with our sales team to help customers grow and improve their services. As a marketing team we have always offered advice and support to our customers. However, towards the end of last year I began to think of ways that we could offer more, within the limited resources that we, like all organisations, have available.

As a result, we’ve created a new marketing support offering. We’ve created templates from some tried and tested materials, including leaflets, posters and display stands, and negotiated with our suppliers to create a range of good value, ready to use marketing collateral. Everything has been professionally designed and written, and proven to be an effective marketing tool. All you need to do is send us your logo and contact details and we’ll do the rest!

We can also help with more bespoke items such as press releases and newsletters, which can be hard to find the time to write and design. The marketing team is also on hand to support events, advising on event planning and management and supplying items such as invitations, agendas and feedback forms. We’ll also work with you on specific campaigns, helping to develop bespoke tools to raise awareness. We can also help to engage relevant media, working with you on local and national PR and increasing your social media presence. The list is (almost) endless!
