Tunstall has produced over 2.5 million Lifeline Vi and Vi+ units globally since 2012. From October 2019 the unit was modified to include a Lithium-ion battery. We have received a number of customer reports regarding the reliability of the Lithium-ion back-up battery in these units, which has resulted in an in-depth investigation.
